RAIZOR MK2 PLUS | Cutting system for large format slabs up to 330 cm long | Lightweight and easily transportable The RAZIOR MK2 PLUS cutting system consists of: Two connectable guides with a cutting capacity of 160 cm each Die-cast aluminum engraving unit with dual-rail sliding and spring-loaded pivot engraving element, complete with Ø 20 mm titan wheel with calibrated high-strength steel screw and integrated bearing that ensures maximum smoothness, extreme precision, simple and quick replacement PREMIUM cutting pliers for tile thickness from 3 to 15 mm Padded pouch with shoulder straps for carrying and internal storage pocket The two rails are made of aluminum extrusions each integrating 3 bi-laby suction cups made of stain-resistant rubber Ø 95 mm (total 6 suction cups) suitable for even moderately textured materials The suction cups, in addition to being very useful when measuring the size of the cut to be made, prevent the guide from moving during engraving thus ensuring maximum accuracy. They also prevent the guide from tipping over regardless of the pressure applied on the scoring unit which allows tiles of other thicknesses to be engraved effectively Each suction cup is equipped with a release tab to be used if it remains in grip Suction cup handles with 180° movement so as not to interfere with trolley travel The engraving unit slides on the guide by means of 3 resin wheels with high mechanical performance each equipped with 2 bearings. The adjustment system with which it is equipped makes it possible to achieve perfect parallelism of the scoring wheel to the cutting guide and to eliminate any play.
